When you call on the Sales and Installation professionals at
Creative Sound Solutions, we will come to you at your
residence or place of business and discuss you're needs and
what products you are interested in. Then, we will provide a
written estimate, free of cost before anything begins. Once you
authorize your Creative Sound Solutions estimate we will
schedule your installation if necessary, and order equipment
agreed upon. All equipment must be paid in full before orders
are placed, delivery of equipment will be made at time of
installation or when received by us at a time convenient for you.
Most of the products we feature are custom-tailored and
specially ordered for each individual. Creative Sound
Solutions is your total Audio/Video answer, you can choose to
purchase a complete Home Theater System, speakers, or
single A/V components. Our suppliers are among the best in
the A/V industry and usually ship products same day and are
received by us within 3-5 days. To keep our costs down we do
not stock most merchandise. By doing business this way we
can provide you the best possible prices.

training provided by our Distributors and Manufacturers we
keep up with the constant changes in the Audio/Video Industry,
so that we may provide you the best service possible.
Guarantee and Policies
All products purchased come with full manufacturer warranties
and our 30 day return policy unless otherwise stated. Special
order or Custom products are non-refundable. C.S.S. Offers
Extended Warranties for most products carried for an
additional fee. Installation of products is covered by a 1 year
guarantee; this includes wiring and mounting equipment. In the
event of a problem we will repair or replace faulty equipment
and/or wiring. In addition, due to the delicate nature of
electronics Creative Sound Solutions cannot be held liable for
existing consumer electronic equipment failure. We are
committed to providing our clients the best possible prices,
service and support to make your experience with us a Great
